The Great Exhibition

England captain Andrew Strauss, the TwelfthMan Podcast's first guest, launches the domestic season in style this week

TwelfthMan celebrated the start of the English season by launching its own podcast.

In the week that the Great Exhibition opened in style and MCC and Durham kicked off the domestic campaign with the traditional curtain-raiser at Lord’s, the TwelfthMan Podcast made its eagerly-awaited debut.

England captain Andrew Strauss looks forward to a bumper summer in the first edition, while Wisden Cricketer of the Year Claire Taylor, who can never be accused of lacking ambition, sets her sights on “world domination”.

Why not enjoy 60 seconds with England women’s captain Charlotte Edwards, or discover how many players finished behind 40-year-old Shaun Udal in the Middlesex pre-season fitness tests.

Jamie Dalrymple reveals how he plans to turn around Glamorgan’s fortunes in his first season in charge, while TwelfthMan hears from fans hoping to squeeze as much cricket as they can into a hectic summer calendar.

The TwelfthMan Podcast will be travelling the length and breadth of the country throughout the season to bring you exclusive interviews with everyone from the world’s best players to those who make the grassroots game great.

So tune in to ecb.co.uk every Wednesday, or subscribe to iTunes to ensure you don’t miss a beat.
