From east: from A130 (Southend Road) take A1114 (Southend Road), continue on A414, take A138 (Parkway), turn left on to B1007 (New London Road), turn right on to New Writtle Street. From west: follow A414 into Chelmsford (Ongar Road, London Road), take B1007 (Moulsham Street then New London Road, turn left on to New Writtle Street.
