Questions and Answers

Q: Could you please let me know what the three lions stand for on the jersey? And where i could obtain a copy?

A: The three lions are a heraldic symbol for England, believed to date back to at least Richard the Lionheart (c.1200). The symbol has appeared on the royal arms of every English monarch since Richard the Lionheart, and is now accepted as the traditional representation of England. So it's not just on the ECB's logo and the badge that the England team wear that you'll find them.
