Q: Hi. I followed the link from this site to the New Zealand cricket site about tickets for the upcoming tour. However, when I try and purchase tickets from the Ticketek website for days one and two of the first test I get an error saying "Sorry, we're unable to obtain the ticket you requested. This is either due to Ticketek's allocation becoming exhausted since you got to this page as other customers may be in the process of completing their transaction on all remaining tickets, or the number of tickets you requested is greater than the maximum available adjacent seats. Please try again." Surely the tickets can't be sold out already?

A: Hi - sorry we can't help with specifics around ticket sales for those matches, you'll need to contact New Zealand Cricket, as we're not handling the process ourselves

Q: New Zealnad Cricket associateion have declared tickets on sale for the England visit from 3 December, no information yet on the ECB site, any idea when tickets will be available, how and where purchased, and if the ECB has a specific allocation?

A: We'll add confirmed information as soon as we receive it from New Zealand Cricket; we won't be handling any ticket sales for this series, all will be through host Board/venues direct

Q: I'm in Kochi on 15th Jan 2013 and desperate to get a ticket for the England v India one day test. When will tickets become available and when can I get my mitts on one of these. Thanks, Kieran.

A: All the ticket info that has been supplied to us by the hosting venues can be found at England in India 2012-13 - Tickets

Q: I will be in New Zealand at the time of the Wellington test. Can you tell me how I can buy tickets for this match?

A: We don't have ticket information from New Zealand Cricket as yet; as soon as we do we'll add it to the site

Q: would like to take my family to watch the West Indies tour in 2014. How and when will tickets/tours become available to book this?

A: Tour itineraries are usually only released in the months running up to the tour - so there is no information on that as yet; ticketing information would then be released in due course after that by WICB

Q: Hi, I shall like to catch at least one of the England vs. India test matches in India this winter (2012-2013), preferably the one in Calcutta (Kolkata). Since I live in the UK now, I was wondering if there was anyway I can reserve/book tickets for the match days while I am still in England. Speaking from experience, if the rush for Test cricket in Calcutta is still the same as it used to be 10 odd years back, then getting a ticket while I am there is next to impossible. Of course, with growing economy in India, rush to 5-day matches has diminised over the years as unemployment has dissappeared :-). Thank you for all your help. Best santanu

A: Hi Santanu - sorry, we have no ticket information from BCCI at this stage. As soon as we do we'll add it to the website in the Follow England overseas section

Q: Hey, What do you think about srilanka, Sri lankan people and facilities?

A: Only positive things to say about the people and the country

Q: When will the dates for the Feb - March 2013 test series in new zealand be annouced please?

A: No set date for that announcement yet. Best bet is to sign up for TwelfthMan emails as tour itineraries etc are always included in there after announcement

Q: Will Chris Tremlett be fully fit for the first test in Dubai ?

A: Can't comment on individual player fitness outside of anything you see written in news items and media releases on the site. Keep an eye on England v Pakistan (in UAE) 2012 for the latest on the tour

Q: When are England going to the UAE?

A: January 3. See full details here - England v Pakistan (in UAE) 2012 - Full Itinerary
