Q: When are England going to the UAE?
A: January 3. See full details here - England v Pakistan (in UAE) 2012 - Full Itinerary
Q: Does anyone know when tickets can be purchased for next months tests Pakistan v England in Dubai starting on 17 January 2012? Pakistan Cricket Board website doesnt mention the event taking place!
A: We're still awaiting ticket info from Pakistan Cricket, but understand online ticketing will be confirmed soon; full details on the site when we get them
Q: Will you be offering priority tickets for the Galle Test Match? My package just includes day passes.
A: ECB won't be handling any ticketing for those matches - that would be done direct with the home board/venues
Q: England will be playing against Pakistan so do you think that the bad memories of last time when both played against each other would affect this tour?.Would this tour be a successful one?.
A: Sure the tour will be good for both teams
Q: As England produce flat pitchs with, no pace bowl or movement, will the sub-contient sides have to produce pitches that dont spin, so they dont get the advanteages of home conditions???
A: Don't understand what your question is aiming at?
Q: Any idea where the January tests and odi"s
against Pakistan will take place
and what the Itinerary will be
cheers
A: Sorry, no idea yet. We hope to confirm the dates and vanues of the post-Christmas tours with the host boards as soon as possible
Q: When can we expect more information on England's tour to Sri Lanka, normally these things are known by now - we need to be making arrangements booking flights, etc.
A: Unfortunately we can't provide the info until it's confirmed with the host board 100 % - as soon as it is, we'll publish it on the site
Q: When are England next touring in the West Indies.
A: There are not set dates as yet until the extended ICC Future Tours Programme that goes beyond spring 2012 is confirmed and released by ICC.
Q: Any idea when the venues and dates will be confirmed for India and Sri Lanka. Need to start planning the holidays!
A: No, sorry; can't put a time on this at present. ECB will release the details once the itinerary has been confirmed with certainty with the host boards, and not before
Q: Will ITV4 be showing the ICC World Cup 2011 highlights?
Their coverage of the Ashes & ODIs in Aus were fantastic and I was hoping that they would have coverage of the World Cup too.
Many Thanks
A: No, BBC have the highlights rights - see bbc.co.uk for details
