TwelfthMan FAQs

Why have you decided to run down the paying membership?

TwelfthMan paying membership, or the England Cricket Supporters Club as it was originally established under, has maintained a level of subscription for the last few years.

Aside from the ticket allocation, the other benefits were not being redeemed in large numbers and feedback from members has been that in years where tickets can be readily bought directly from the venues it was hard to justify why they had paid a membership fee.

Paying subscriptions obviously always peaked during Ashes years, but as we have a set allocation with the venues, in some cases we didn’t have enough tickets to satisfy the demand. Although this is common place for memberships such as these, this has had negative feedback from members.

We also felt that we should leave the ticket sales process to the experts – the venues! This means we will no longer have a guaranteed allocation of tickets for Home Internationals and will now work with the venues to provide ALL subscribers with a series of offers and special features that you don’t have to pay to access.

We are confident that we will develop an inclusive TwelfthMan offering that you and the England cricket fan-base will love being a part of - and best of all it will all now be free!

I have a current paying membership - how will this affect my membership?

It won’t at all.

Whilst your membership is valid (not expired) you will be able to redeem all benefits including your online shop discount, match day discounts/offers and delivery of All Out Cricket Magazine, if your membership includes this.

If your membership has lapsed, or is due to lapse, you cannot renew but you will automatically be given a free membership and access to the secure sections of ecb.co.uk.

What if I joined as a Ticket or Premium Member after the deadline for 2010 tickets?

If you joined after the 2010 ticket deadline you will get a full refund on your membership.

Even though we are refunding your recent payment in full, you still have access to all the other benefits. So you will still receive All Out Cricket magazine each month if you are a Premium member, get 15 per cent off Official England Cricket Store purchases and you can still redeem all of the match day benefits.
