What is TwelfthMan Travel?
The ECB has created an official travel service offering TwelfthMan members travel and ticket packages for the 2013-14 Ashes in Australia.
The ECB recognises the fantastic support that travelling fans give the England team all over the world, and want as many fans as possible to travel down under in 2013-14.
The service is not a commercial venture for the ECB, so the range of packages will be priced extremely competitively.
Detailed information about the choice of packages will be emailed to TwelfthMan members on March 13 2013, before going on sale.

What range of TwelfthMan Travel packages are there?
More information will follow later this month, but there will be a choice of budget, 4 star, and 5 star hotel accommodation, and also a choice of match tickets.
What’s included?
All packages include:
- 5-day pass for the chosen Test match(es); and/or tickets for ODI’s
- Hotel accommodation for the duration of your chosen match (we’re offering a range of packages to suit every budget – including a choice of budget, 4 star, 5 star accommodation)
- Access to Official TwelfthMan events and competitions
- Fan pack including Official England merchandise
Flights can be bought separately via an external link from the TwelfthMan Travel booking portal.
Fans will be able to buy additional ticket & hotel packages if they want to go to more than one match.
How many packages are available to buy?
There are a limited number of packages available, so we are recommending that fans book asap when they go on sale in March.
How do I pay for the package?
When packages go on sale in March, members will be able to complete their purchase via an online portal. Payment will be taken in AUS dollars, and will be staggered depending on purchase date.
Who is the package provider?
TwelfthMan Travel is an Official ECB service.
Packages being sold for the 2013/14 Ashes in Australia are facilitated by Cricket Australia Travel Office (CATO), and are protected by the Travel Compensation Fund, Australia’s version of ATOL. More details of the Travel Compensation Fund can be viewed at www.tcf.org.au
I don’t need a Travel Package, can I just buy tickets?
TwelfthMan members who want to make their own travel/accommodation arrangements will have the chance to access a limited number of day (not match) tickets on a first-come, first-served basis in mid-2013. This is an exclusive TwelfthMan allocation, which will be available to access separately from Cricket Australia’s general public release of tickets. Tickets are strictly non-transferrable and purchase is not guaranteed.
How many tickets are available for ticket-only buyers?
Fans wanting to purchase tickets-only mentioned in the above allocation are advised that there will be a maximum of 4 tickets for a maximum of 2 days of each Test Match; or if you are attending alone – 1 ticket per day, maximum 4 per match. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and purchase is not guaranteed.
Where will we be seated at games?
There will be a choice of ticket options; more information will be revealed soon.
Why has the ECB launched this service?

Can I still book with other package providers?
Yes, fans are free to book with whomever they choose, but we recommend that you select a supplier that is approved by Cricket Australia. Unauthorised travel operators will have their tickets cancelled by Cricket Australia.
