Who do England play in 2019?

Joe Root and Eoin Morgan

2019 is set to be a golden summer of international cricket. To help you get your diary in order, here's the full breakdown of home fixtures for England Men and Women.

Key highlights include:

  • Season starts vs Pakistan: Pakistan will be England Men’s first opponents of the home international season with their tour featuring five Royal London One-Day Internationals and a Vitality IT20 as both countries prepare for the ICC Cricket World Cup, which starts on 30 May 2019 with England taking on South Africa.
  • The ICC Cricket World Cup: the tournament hosts will play nine group games
  • England vs Ireland Test match: England’s summer schedule will include an historic Specsavers Test match against Ireland at Lord’s – a four-day contest which will build on last year’s successful Royal London ODI series between the two countries and will be their first ever meeting in the game’s longest and most respected format.
  • England vs West Indies and Australia: ICC Women’s World T20 finalists England will host two of the world's top teams next summer, with six Royal London ODIs, six Vitality IT20s and one Kia Test.
