Worcestershire Rapids 133-2 defeated Lancashire Lightning 132-4 by 8 wickets 

Birmingham Bears 161-7 beat Derbyshire Falcons 160-8 by 3 wickets 

Durham 170-8 beat Leicestershire Foxes 168-9 by 2 wickets 

Notts Outlaws 214-7 beat Northamptonshire Steelbacks 200-7

South group: 

Glamorgan 156-3 beat Essex Eagles 153-6 by 7 wickets 

Kent Spitfires 183-5 beat Gloucestershire 178-8 by 5 runs 

Rapids ease past Lightning 

Worcestershire Rapids defeated Lancashire Lightening by 8 wickets. The Rapids reduced Lancashire to just 132-4 despite a Jos Buttler 55 off of 46 balls. In response, Brett D'Oliveira hit 61 off of 45 balls to help Worcestershire chase the target within 17.2 overs.

Marnus Labuschagne and Nick Selman put on a 110 run partnership to help Glamorgan beat Essex Eagles by 7 wickets. In the first innings the Eagles scored 153-6 which included useful contributions from Buttleman and Pepper.

Clarke stars for Outlaws 

Joe Clarke hit a stunning 136 off of just 65 balls to help Notts Outlaws beat Northamptonshire Steelbacks by 14 runs. In reply the Steelbacks scored at 10 runs an over but ultimately fell short of the target set by the Outlaws. 

Eckersley hits maiden T20 fifty

Ned Eckersley hit a maiden T20 fifty to help Durham get over the line at the Uptonsteel County Ground. In the first innings Leicestershire posted 168-9 which included a useful 53 runs from Scott Steel. In the reply Durham were reduced to 108-8 but a partnership between Eckersley and Trevaskis enabled the visitors to reach the target.
