2019 All Stars Cricket System Updates
We have been working to enhance the overall experience of the All Stars system for your convenience.
Below is an overview of the main updates we have made to the system so far:
- New checklist requirements
- Enhancements to the Centre documents checklist items
1. New checklist requirements
Register your Centre for 2019 All Stars Cricket
This new checklist item requires you to register your centre, by agreeing to the 2019 All Stars Terms and Conditions. This information will also be used as an indication to your County Champion and the ECB that your Centre will or intends to run All Stars Cricket in 2019.
Completing this requirement is a simple as;
- Clicking the 'Register Club' button from the checklist
- Reviewing the All Stars Cricket Terms and Conditions
- Check the 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' checkbox
- Clicking the 'Register Club' button
Once these steps have been completed this checklist item will turn green and the completion bar will update.
Confirming the key point of contact for All Stars Cricket at your Centre
This new checklist item gives you the ability to control the personal contact details that are displayed on your programmes booking page. The intention of this new feature is to accurately display the contact details of the person at your Centre who knows the most about your All Stars Cricket programme(s).
Previously the system automatically displayed the Activator's contact details on the booking page. Following this change, the Activator’s name will still appear but their contact details are replaced with those that you have identified here.
To complete this checklist item;
- Click on 'Edit Details'
- Enter the contact details within the box that appears
- Click 'Save'
Once completed, this checklist item will turn green and the completion bar will update. You will be able update these contact details at any point during the season.
Important: You must have a key contact set in order to create a new All Stars Cricket programme.
2. Centre documentation updates
Enhancements to the First Aid - Insurance - Safe Hands documentation functionality
It's a known issue that when any of your previous documents have been verified there was no ability to update this. With this in mind following enhancements have been made:
Provide new or re-submit for verification
We have 'reset' all your previously verified documents, allowing you to review what was previously provided and take one of the following two actions:
- Re-submit the same document for verification, assuming the document is still valid
- Provide a new document for verification
'Re-upload' verified documents
We have addressed the main issue, so that when a document has been verified you now have the ability to update the documentation that has changed at any stage.
Add Insurance Certificate expiry date
Within ‘Insurance Certificate’ we now require a you to enter the expiry date of their Insurance Certificate. This is to help yourself and you County Champion keep track of when this documentation needs to be updated.
