Introducing the Vitality Blast women's competition!
New for 2025, the Vitality Blast will feature men's and women's teams competing alongside each other, with eight women's teams battling it out for a place at their inaugural Finals Day at the Kia Oval on 27 July. Ten more counties will compete in League Two of the Vitality Blast women's competition; contesting their own Finals Day in Northampton on 26 July.
Blast Off!
Get ready for Blast Off on the opening weekend of the season, featuring matches and double-headers at 16 venues.

The 2025 Vitality Blast kicks off with a double-header at Lord's on 29 May featuring Middlesex and Sussex's men's and women's teams, as well as a men's game between Lancashire Lightning and Worcestershire Rapids at Emirates Old Trafford.
