After his fireworks against Afghanistan, we look back at some of Morgan's best centuries for England

148 off 71 balls v Afghanistan - 18 June, 2019

Having walked off the field at the Hampshire Bowl three days previous with a back problem, there were questions as to whether Eoin Morgan would be fit to play.

However he soon put these concerns to bed as he took the Afghanistan attack apart in brutal fashion. While giving England's innings much needed impetus, Morgan went on to hit his highest-ever score and break the world record for the number of sixes in a single ODI innings with 17!

113 off 82 balls v New Zealand - 17 June, 2015

After the team's disappointing showing at the 2015 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, Morgan quickly set about instilling a new dynamic and aggressive style of cricket in his side.

This innings showed Morgan's dynamic and aggressive approach in abundance. The match was England's first ODI following the World Cup and against New Zealand Morgan led from the front, showcasing the direction of travel and a new era with a sublime match-winning 113 at Trent Bridge.

107 off 93 balls v South Africa - 24 May, 2017

This stunning innings from Morgan set the tone in the first ODI at Headingley, setting up victory and showing his ability and desire to lead from the front and perform against the best in the world.

103 off 85 v Australia - 22 June, 2010

This was Morgan's first ODI century for England on home soil and it will forever be one to remember.

Not only did it come against Australia but was also the cornerstone for victory as he steered the team over the line, hitting the winning runs.
