Recreational game coach education
We have designed three distinct programmes for coaching in the recreational game which are hosted by each county.
  1. 16+

    ECB Support Coach

    This programme has been designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to support qualified coaches.

  2. 17+

    ECB Foundation Coach

    This programme has been designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to use icoachcricket to coach safe, fun and inclusive sessions that ignite a lifelong love of the game.

  3. 17+

    ECB Core Coach

    This programme has been designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to lead player-centred coaching sessions.

Talent pathway and professional game coach education
We have two distinct programmes for those working in the talent pathway and professional game which are hosted by ECB.  

ECB Advanced Coach

This programme has been designed to build on your experiences to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to help players improve their game as well as developing a wide area of expertise when coaching individuals, units and teams.
