Birmingham Phoenix

Ellyse Perry scored the most runs for the Phoenix Women's team in 2022 (134), and she's back! Also joining Perry is the ever-reliable Amy Jones.

We've seen some absolutely massive sixes from Liam Livingstone at The Hundred so far, and we'll be hoping for more this summer. He's retained by the Birmingham Phoenix! England star and Phoenix captain Moeen Ali will also be back in 2023. Will Smeed, who scored the first ever hundred in the competition, has been retained.

London Spirit

How good was Amelia Kerr in 2022? With nine wickets and over 100 runs, it's no surprise that she'll be heading back to Lord's later this year.

Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell lit up London in 2022 - we just wish we'd seen more of him in action. Well, luckily for us, he's retained by London Spirit for 2023!

Manchester Originals

Finishing joint-top of the Men's wicket-taking charts in 2022, Paul Walter was a joy to watch. He'll be returning this summer after being retained by the Originals. Phil Salt, who smashed 15 sixes last year, has also been signed up to return to Emirates Old Trafford!

Much like Salt, there was a batter on the Originals Women's team who loved sending the ball over the rope in 2022. Deandra Dottin, or World Boss, by her nickname, will be back in Manchester later this year.

The superstars returning to Headingley dont't stop there with Ben Stokes staying in purple! He's alongside Harry Brook, who will be sure to light up the stadium with Adil Rashid back and ready to lead the charge too!

Oval Invincibles

Winners for the second time in a row in the Women's Competition, the Oval Invincibles have retained some key players. Alice Capsey & Marizanne Kapp will both be doing what they do best at The Kia Oval later on this year.

Sunil Narine was a name we always looked out for when batting or bowling, so there's no better sight than seeing his name on the Oval Invinvibles retained list for 2023! Sam Curran, who played a true all-round role for his side last summer, will also be back this year.

Southern Brave

With a wealth of stars in their squad, Southern Brave were ones to watch out for when retaining their players. Lauren Bell has gone from strength to strength since The Hundred 2021, and she'll be back at The Ageas Bowl with ball in hand in 2023.

James Vince, was of the most consistent batters around, is also returning to the crease this summer. The frighteningly quick trio of Jofra Archer, Chris Jordan and Tymal Mills have all been secured by the Brave!

Trent Rockets

When we say international superstar, who do you think of? For us, it has to be Rashid Khan! He's just pure entertainment and we're looking forward to seeing him spin his way to more wickets in 2023.

Trent Rockets Women came so close to reaching The Hundred Final last year, and that was partly thanks to the batting efforts of Nat Sciver-Brunt. We'll be seeing more fireworks from her, as she's been retained and will be heading back to Trent Bridge.

We won't make you wait long for this name... Jonny Bairstow returns to Welsh Fire for 2023! He joins 2022 team-mates Ollie Pope and David Payne as they return to Sophia Gardens.

The Welsh Fire recruited Tammy Beaumont in 2022, who impressed at Sophia Gardens. Beaumont will be bringing her batting and keeping prowess back to Wales in the Summer!
