England Men's Physically Disabled team lost their final group game in Sri Lanka, coming out the wrong side of a rain-affected five-over game to Pakistan, but all attentions now turn to Tuesday morning's final against India.
Liam O'Brien made 29 from just 13 balls but it wasn't enough to overhaul Pakistan's total of 72-1 from their five overs.
Callum Flynn said: "It's disappointing day to lose the final group game against Pakistan but sadly it’s one of those days. A 5-over game often narrows the margins between sides and although we feel a much stronger unit than Pakistan, two of their batters struck it really clean and had a day out and sadly that happens in performance sport.
"I think it's a game we don't have to look to much into because of that. We have made the final and that was the first aim. Now the lads need to switch off for a day and come Monday night when we have our team meeting before the final, that's when we start to think about our plans and how we are going to defeat India."
