Hawks and Pirates will face off for the 2026 Toyota Disability Premier League title at Sophia Gardens on Thursday 17 September.
The T20 competition brings together players with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and hearing impairments, with four teams each playing six group-stage matches ahead of the final.
Hawks enter the final having won all six games so far, with all-rounder Gregor McKenzie scoring 266 runs, including a spectacular 167 from just 71 balls against Tridents in July. McKenzie will face his brother Monty in the final, with his Pirates team winning two group-stage games, with one tie.
The two teams take centre stage in Cardiff on Thursday afternoon, ahead of England Men's IT20 against Sri Lanka later in the evening.

The 2026 Toyota Disability Premier League final will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with coverage getting underway shortly before the 2pm BST start time.
The game will be broadcast in full on Sky Sports Cricket, followed by the England Men v Sri Lanka Vitality IT20.
