Hampshire and England spinner Liam Dawson will return home from England's tour of Sri Lanka with a right side strain.
Dawson sustained the injury bowling in England's victory over Sri Lanka on Saturday in the second ODI. He is set to return home tomorrow and is likely to be out of action for up to a month.
Kent all-rounder Joe Denly has been drafted into the ODI squad and will join the England set-up in Kandy on Wednesday morning.
