In accordance with the ECB Agent Regulations, Teams and Players wishing to appoint a person to act for them in relation to any negotiation, arrangement or execution of any employment transaction, transfer or registration of any Player, must only appoint a Registered Agent.
A Registered Agent is an individual who is registered with the ECB to carry out Agency Activity in accordance with the ECB Agent Regulations.
