The four teams who finished second and third in their respective groups qualify for the play-offs.
Worcestershire Rapids take on Somerset on Friday 10 May for a chance to travel to Trent Bridge to face the Outlaws on Sunday 12 May.
Middlesex host Lancashire at Lord's on Friday 10 May in a televised day-nighter, the winner will travel to the Ageas Bowl to face Hampshire on Sunday 12 May, also on Sky Sports.
