ECB Advanced Coach is a coach education programme and qualification for coaching in talent pathway, performance, professional and international environments in England and Wales.
The programme has been designed to build on your experiences to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to help players improve their game as well as developing a wide area of expertise when coaching individuals, units and teams.
Recruitment for ECB Advanced Coach is via an annual application and selection process.
Who is it for?
For coaches working with players and teams in talent pathway, performance, professional and international environments that hold the ECB Core Coach qualification or equivalent.

Pre-requisites for certification
- Valid safeguarding training e.g. Safeguarding Level 2
