Middlesex complete the Vitality Blast double over Surrey

Steven Finn wowed as Eoin Morgan and AB de Villiers went big in Middlesex's win over rivals Surrey

Middlesex 210/7 beat Surrey 146/9 by 64 runs

LONDON CALLING
For the first time in a long time, London categorically belongs to Middlesex. The beat Surrey twice this season in the Vitality Blast, for the first time since 2008, to claim the local bragging rights, defeating their rivals by 64 in front of a sell-out Lord's.

PREMIER FINN
Steven Finn in full flow and in-form is a wonderful sight And Surrey had very little in reply to him as he ensured the match went in Middlesex's way with a disciplined performance that saw him rewarded with five wickets and a player of the match accolade. The visitors had been keeping pace with the run-rate until Finn's first over, when he removed Sam Curran. From then on it was all Middlesex.

MORGAN A FEELIN'
Eoin Morgan at Lord's. It's a combo that will go down in English folklore. And not just because of the World Cup win there. On this occasion he walloped 70 from from 35 balls, in a mesmerising demonstration of ruthless batting.

EASY AS ABV
He makes the difficult look easy and has changed the way the game is played with his inquisitive method of 360 degree batting. He reminded all those watching on at the Home of Cricket of his astounding ability, striking a thrilling 64 off 40 balls.
