Moeen leads from the front for Rapids

Moeen Ali scored 52 runs and took two wickets in a comfortable win against the Steelbacks. Ali was well supported by D'Oliveira who scored 43 off of 34 balls. 

Bears win high-scoring game 

Trent Bridge was treated to some huge hits as the Bears defeated the Outbacks by 18 runs. Carlos Braithwaite starred for the Bears as he scored 44 runs off of just 18 balls. Ben Duckett scored a quick-fire 51 for Notts but his efforts were not enough. 

 

Durham ease to victory 

Durham won by 20 runs against Yorkshire Vikings to secure their first victory in the Vitality Blast. Durham set the Vikings 182 runs to win with Carse top scoring with 51. Despite a Jonny Bairstow 67, Yorkshire could not get over the line. 

Spitfires defeat Middlesex

Kent Spitfires register back-to-back wins in the Vitality Blast after victory against Middlesex. Jack Leaning and Jordan Cox both scored 64 to help Kent post 178. Middlesex could only muster 162 with Hollman contributing a useful 51 runs.
