Prize Draw Overview
- The England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (company number 03251364) whose registered office is at Lords Cricket Ground, St Johns Wood, London, NW8 8QZ (the “ECB”) is running an optional prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for individuals completing the Match Day Experience Survey 2025 for a chance to win 2 x tickets to an England International cricket fixture in England and Wales in 2026 (the “Survey”).
- Individuals entering the Prize Draw (the “Entrants”) are deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions if they choose to be entered into the Prize Draw as part of the completion and submission of the Survey journey.
Entry Process
- The Prize Draw will open following completion of the first day of the Vitality Women’s IT20 England v West Indies on 21st May 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and will close on 5th October 2025 (or, if later, the date falling 14 days after the final International or Domestic cricket fixture of the season) (the “Closing Date”). The Survey must be completed (with the Entrant choosing to enter the Prize Draw) in accordance with the timeframes detailed in clause 4 below in order to enter the Prize Draw.
- To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must complete the online Survey accessed via the link in the email sent to all ticket purchasers, via the link in the email sent from the original ticket purchaser to other match day attendees or made available on ECB social channels and/or the relevant venue’s website and choose to enter the Prize Draw as part of the completion and submission of the Survey journey within 14 days of the match result or 14 days following the end of the relevant day of a Test Match. Any Survey completed outside of this period and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements set out below will not be considered. Entries to the Prize Draw will not be accepted by any other means.
- The Prize Draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
Eligibility
- The Prize Draw is open to all individuals who complete the Survey and who are aged 16 or over and resident within England and Wales. Employees of the ECB or any third parties associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. If an Entrant is aged 16 or 17, he/she should carefully read these terms and conditions and ensure that his/her parent or carer also does so, before entering the Prize Draw.
- By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize that they may win. The ECB may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw per person, regardless of whether the Entrant completes the Survey more than once.
- The ECB reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these terms and conditions.
Prize
- There will be a total of ten winners of the Prize Draw (each, a “Winner”): the prize for each Winner is 2 x tickets to an England International cricket fixture in England and Wales in 2026.
- The Winners will be drawn at random via a computer-generated selection process once the dates for International cricket fixtures in England and Wales in 2026 have been confirmed (expected to be around October 2025) (the “Draw Date”).
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, spending money, insurance, meals or anything else not expressly set out in these terms and conditions. The prize is subject to availability and the ECB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Winner’s prize for an alternative prize, if necessary. Ground entry is not guaranteed and is subject to such health, safety and security rules and regulations which may be in place from time to time, including without limitation in relation to COVID-19 or any associated public health emergency. All tickets are subject to the relevant terms and conditions attaching to such tickets and the relevant conditions of entry.
- The prize is awarded at the ECB’s discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions on or on behalf of any Entrant.
Claiming the Prize
- The selection of each Winner at random on the Draw Date will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
- The ECB will contact each Winner as soon as reasonably practicable after the Draw Date, using the email address provided upon entry to the Prize Draw as detailed in clause 4 above.
- Each Winner must claim their prize, by responding to the ECB, within 48 hours of being notified by the ECB via email that they have won the prize. Only the Winners will be notified.
- Upon claiming their prize, each Winner may be required to provide an address for delivery of the relevant prize. The prize will be sent to each Winner by post or via email (once tickets have been issued for the relevant fixture and in advance of the relevant fixture).
- The ECB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer the prize to another Entrant where a Winner:
- fails to claim their prize (including failure to provide an address for delivery (if required)) within the prescribed timeframe;
- fails to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions;
- is unable or does not want to accept the Prize that they have won for any reason.
- The ECB does not accept any responsibility for failure by a Winner to claim their prize.

- Neither the ECB nor any of its partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Prize Draw or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of the Prize, Prize Draw does not run as planned or if the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
