The EWCT Interest Free Loan Scheme (IFLS) aims to finance capital projects to help create a sustainable future for cricket. The scheme is funded by the England and Wales Cricket Trust (EWCT), a wholly owned charitable subsidiary of the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (ECB).
