The Vitality Blast returns on Friday 22 May and there are so many ways to follow all the action.
With a revised schedule for 2026, including plenty of double headers featuring matches in the men's and women's competition, the battle for Finals Day promises to be as fierce as ever.
As in previous years, you can watch selected games live on Sky Sports, as well as streams on ecb.co.uk and the England Cricket app. And returning for 2026 is a weekly highlights programme on Channel 5 every Tuesday.
How to Watch the Vitality Blast
Streams will be available through the Vitality Blast match centres on ecb.co.uk. Simply head to the ECB homepage and select your preferred stream from the menu at the top.
If you prefer to watch through a mobile device, you’ll be able to watch the same live streams through the England Cricket app. If a stream is available for your preferred match, you’ll be able to watch by clicking the 'Watch Live' button from the matches list or the app homepage.
Vitality Blast games on Sky Sports this week (22-28 May)
Sky Sports Cricket will be streaming seven games live across the Vitality Blast men's and women's competitions this week, including two huge doubleheaders.
