How much does Dynamos Cricket cost?

The Recommended Retail Price for an eight-week programme is £40, which includes a personalised New Balance t-shirt for every child. Centres have the flexibility to determine their own price to ensure that it fits alongside their junior membership, so final prices can be seen on each centre’s page.

What does each child receive as part of Dynamos Cricket?

Each participant will receive a New Balance t-shirt with their chosen name and number on the back as well as a certificate provided by individual centres. All participants will have access to the Dynamos participant app where they can enjoy exclusive videos, weekly challenges and games. At the end of every session, each participant will also receive one pack of exclusive Topps Cricket Attax Cards.

How old does my child have to be to register?

Dynamos Cricket is aimed at 8-11-year-olds. If your child is outside of this age range, please check with your club before booking. Upon club approval, we will also we still welcome them to be involved but you will need to speak directly with the centre you're signing up to, to confirm they will accept a child outside of the designated age range.

When will my child’s t-shirt arrive?

We aim to deliver all participant t-shirts prior to your course state date. We’re currently experiencing some delays to our usual process and will endeavour to get your t-shirt to you as soon as we can.

What can my child and I expect at a Dynamos Cricket session?

Dynamos Cricket is an action-packed, fun programme centred around game play with each session including a skill building activity aimed at providing an active warm-up and focusing in on a skill for that week.  During the programme, children will also play a game of countdown cricket each week, a format based on ‘The Hundred’.

How can I get involved as a parent?

An important part of Dynamos Cricket is that you can be involved too. It is a brilliant way for you to spend time with your child outdoors this summer. All parents and guardians are asked during the registration process if they would be interested in helping out during the programme. If you say yes, your centre will be in touch with further information and you’ll be given lots of support along the way. You don’t need to be a cricket expert to get involved!

Is Dynamos Cricket safe?

Yes, Dynamos Cricket is a programme designed by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The ECB requires all centres to undergo safeguarding, risk and insurance assessments before they are accredited. Alongside this, all Dynamos Cricket Activators have received training and are fully checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

How do I register my child?

Registration is simple and easy. When registrations in late February, go to www.dynamoscricket.co.uk and use the session finder to find local Dynamos Cricket centres in your area. From there you can follow the registration links and pay online. If you are unable to find your centre, please click on ‘need help’ button at the bottom of the page for further information.

When I go to pay, it says my payment has failed - how can I resolve this?

New banking legislation is being brought in on the 14th March, however, some banks have changed technology early. Whilst we are changing our systems to meet these requirements some payments may fail. If this occurs please either pay with a card from an alternative bank or wait until 24th Feb when our systems will be updated.
