ECB WORLD - Voucher Code Reward T&Cs

OVERVIEW

1. This is a joint promotion organised and run by: (i) England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (company number 03251364) whose registered office is at Lords Cricket Ground, St Johns Wood, London, NW8 8QZ (the “ECB”); and (ii) The Cricket Box Limited (t/a HiTZ Cricket), a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15588116) whose registered office is at C/O D S Burge And Co Ltd, The Courtyard, 7 Francis Grove, London, SW19 4DW (“HiTZ”)(together, the “Promoter”). The Promoter is operating a promotion for Roblox users who access the ECB World (as defined below) to have the opportunity of being awarded with a voucher code for a real-world cricket experience at a HiTZ venue (the “Promotion”).
2. Eligible Users who opt in to the Promotion (“Entrants”) are automatically deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) upon entry into the Promotion.

ENTRY PROCESS

3. The Promotion will be open for entry at 17:00 BST on 30 June 2026 and will close at 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026, subject to availability of the Vouchers to be given away as part of the Promotion (i.e. once the first one hundred and fifty (150) Giftees have been rewarded in accordance with clause 6 of these T&Cs below, the Promotion will end) (the “Closing Date”). Any entries completed or received after the Closing Date and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements set out below will be automatically disqualified from the Promotion.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must:
   1. must be a registered user of Roblox access the ECB world on the Roblox platform (the “ECB World”);
   2. opt in to the Promotion via the in-game, pop-up presented upon entry to the ECB World; and
   3. visit the voucher code station in the ECB World lobby area, at which point they will be immediately notified of whether or not they have been awarded with a Voucher (as defined below).
5. Entries will not be accepted by any other means.
6. The Promotion is free to enter, and no purchase will be necessary. The first one hundred and fifty (150), eligible Entrants to visit and open the voucher code station in the ECB World lobby area on a first-come, first-served basis will each be rewarded with a Voucher (the "Giftees" and each a "Giftee"), provided each Giftee has completed the entry steps set out in clause 4 above before the Closing Date.

ELIGIBILITY

7. The Promotion is only open to residents in the UK aged 13 years or older at the time of entry to the Promotion, but excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies, their immediate families or anyone else involved in the organisation or administration of the Promotion. If the Entrant is below the age of 18 at the time of entry to the Promotion, they must obtain permission from their parent or guardian, who must also provide their relevant details to submit entry to the Promotion. Such permission obtained from the relevant parent or guardian shall include confirmation that the parent or guardian agrees to the Entrant's entry to the Promotion, that they agree to the Voucher being given to the Entrant and that they will accompany the Entrant during any travel in connection with redeeming the Voucher at a HiTZ venue.
8. In entering the Promotion, each Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Voucher that they are rewarded with. The Promoter may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Promotion (including proof of age or residence).
9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these T&Cs.

GIFT REWARD

10. There will be one hundred and fifty (150) Giftees of the Promotion. There will be one (1) gift in total for each Giftee, which shall be a voucher code (free booking and play) redeemable for one (1), one-hour long, walk-in HiTZ lane technology session (peak or off-peak) for a group size of two (2) people at any one (1) HiTZ venue in the United Kingdom (each a "Voucher"). Each Voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 August 2026.
11. Giftees will be notified immediately upon visiting and opening the voucher code station in the ECB World lobby area, at which point the voucher code and these T&Cs will be displayed on their device screen.
12. To redeem a Voucher, Giftees must follow the instructions at https://www.ecb.co.uk/news/4525382/ecb-cricket-world-on-roblox. In accordance with these instructions, the voucher code (i.e. the Voucher) provided to the Giftee must be entered prior to confirmation of a booking for a session at a HiTZ venue on HiTZ’ website at https://hitz.podplay.app/book.
13. Giftees will not be liable for any costs related to receiving or redeeming their Voucher. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Vouchers may not be sold by the Giftee or passed on to another individual. The Promoter shall not be responsible if a Giftee is unable to redeem their Voucher due to the unavailability of sessions at the relevant HiTZ venue. The Voucher(s) shall always be subject to availability of available booking slots, and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Voucher for an alternative giveaway of equivalent value, if necessary.
14. Vouchers do not include anything not expressly set out in these T&Cs including spending money, food and drink, associated travel and accommodation, medical or other general expenses. The Voucher shall also be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant HiTZ venue. If relevant, the Giftee(s) will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them to the HiTZ venue are available to travel. The Promoter shall not be responsible if the Giftee(s) is/are unable to take up the Voucher for such reasons.
15. The Giftee(s) may be contacted to participate in publicity related to the Promotion, but participation is optional. If the Giftee(s) agree(s) to participate in any such publicity activities, the Giftee(s) and their guest (or if the Giftee is under 18 years of age, their parent or guardian) agree that the Promoter may, with prior consent of the Giftee(s) and their guest (or, as relevant, their parent or guardian), record, film and/or photograph their participation in all aspects of the relevant Voucher and exploit, and authorise third parties to exploit, such films, photographs or recordings in any media now known or hereafter invented in any part of the world and for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity, with no payment being due. The Promoter will, in due time, provide the Giftee(s) with all relevant information regarding this specific processing of personal data and request consent from the Giftee(s) before implementing said processing. Where the Giftee(s) is/are under 18 years old, the consent of their parent or guardian will always be sought in respect of any publicity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16. Neither Promoter nor any of its partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Promotion or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or as a result of being awarded, collecting, using or enjoying any Voucher, if the Promotion does not run as planned or if any part of any Voucher is unable to be delivered for any technical or other reasons. Entrants’ statutory rights shall not be affected.
17. If the Promotion or any part of it is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion without liability.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Promotion entries that are not successfully completed or submitted, regardless of cause, including (without limitation) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, of any kind.

ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL DATA

19. Any personal data relating to any individual which is received by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.ecb.co.uk/about/privacy-policy and https://hitzcricket.com/privacy-policy.
20. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place for a Voucher. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname of the Giftee(s) to anyone who emails marketing@hitzcricket.com within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to your surname being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information in accordance with applicable laws when requested. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
21. If an Entrant has any questions about these T&Cs, including any request to exercise their legal rights under data protection law, they should contact the Promoter at privacy@ecb.co.uk.
22. You will have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. If you do not opt in, the Promoter will only contact you in connection with the organisation or administration of the Promotion, including in order to facilitate fulfilment of the Voucher. If you choose to opt in, your information shall be securely stored in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (as set out above). You have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

GENERAL

23. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the Promotion, to disqualify from the Promotion or to refuse to award the Voucher(s) to anyone who it reasonably considers has breached these T&Cs or to anyone who, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, has otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly.
24. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding (including as to the award of the Voucher(s)) and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any such decision.
25. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these T&Cs, which shall remain in full force and effect.
26. These T&Cs and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, these T&Cs or the Promotion.
